Arben started his career in Germany as a carpentry apprentice, eventually becoming a foreman before moving to the UK. In 2001, he founded AD Construction, initially focusing on bespoke builds. By 2003, he expanded into general building and renovations, quickly gaining a strong reputation across London. Over the past 15 years, Arben has collaborated with architects to ensure project success.
